Methodology

CannaDose calculations are based on a validated Excel model combining literature data on honey/MCT ratios and cannabis extraction. All values are mathematical estimates – not medical advice.

Core Formulas

Honey [g] = Flower [g] × 71.43
MCT [ml] = Flower [g] × 11.43
Total THC [mg] = Flower [g] × (THC% / 100) × 1000 × 0.80
Total mass [g] = Honey [g] + MCT [g]*
Conc. [mg/g] = Total THC / Total mass
THC/portion [mg] = Conc. × 7 g

* MCT [g] = MCT [ml] × 0.93 g/ml

Assumptions & Constants

  • Honey factor 71,43 g/g
  • MCT-factor 11,43 ml/g
  • Extraction efficiency 80 % (range 66–91 %)
  • MCT-density 0,93 g/ml
  • Portion size 7 g (1 TL)

Mixture Strength Levels

  • ● Level 1 – low ≤ 5 mg / portion
  • ● Level 2 – medium 5–15 mg / portion
  • ● Level 3 – high > 15 mg / portion
