In Germany, cannabis is legal only for adults aged 18 or older. This app is not intended for minors.
Current federal law allows up to 25 g in public and up to 50 g at your residence. Up to three flowering female plants are also permitted at your residence.
No consumption in the immediate presence of minors and no consumption in or near schools, child and youth facilities, playgrounds, or public sports facilities. In pedestrian zones, additional restrictions apply between 7:00 and 20:00.
Distribution to minors is prohibited and subject to criminal penalties. Cannabis advertising and sponsoring are also restricted (KCanG section 6).
With edible products, effects can be delayed. Dose carefully and avoid redosing too early.
Combining cannabis with alcohol or other psychoactive substances increases risk significantly.
If you are under the influence, do not drive. This applies even if you feel capable.
